Complete rewrite with better performance, auto Steam path detection, background updates, and improved authentication system.
How fast is it compared to V1?
Way faster. Built with Rust so everything loads quicker, uses less memory, and the UI is much more responsive than the old version.
What are the requirements?
Just need steamtools and Steam installed. Works with any Steam setup - it'll find your Steam folder automatically.
Does the tool auto-update?
Yes. Updates come from generator.ryuu.lol. When prompted, it can download new updates and required components. See What this tool does and Current release below for full behavior and file hashes. It does not access Steam account login credentials.

Free gets you 50 downloads per day. Premium removes the limit and gives the ability to update out games in our database + probably faster support.
What this tool does
Ryuu's Manifest Tool V2 is a Steam manifest / unlock helper. Before you download, understand that depending on features you use it may:
- Install or update Steam-related hooks / loaders (DLL components used with SteamTools or OpenSteamTool-style setups).
- Change Steam configuration and related Windows registry settings needed for that setup.
- Launch PowerShell for install or update steps (including with execution-policy bypass when required by those steps).
- Use encrypted app-ticket / token helper components for activation-related workflows.
- Run Denuvo / activation helper flows where a game requires them.
- Download additional EXE and DLL components from generator.ryuu.lol (see current release inventory).
