Ryuu's Manifests ("we", "our", "us") provides Steam-related information, metadata, manifests, game insights, and related services through our website, Discord bot, and software tools ("Services").

When you authenticate through Discord, we may collect:

• Discord User ID
• Discord Username
• Discord Account Information made available through Discord OAuth

Automatically Collected Information

When you use our Services, we may collect:

4. Discord Bots

We operate Discord bots as part of our Services, including manifest/reseller bots and a server security bot.

Data we may process through Discord bots:

• Discord User ID and username (for command authorization, cooldowns, and abuse prevention)
• Guild and channel IDs (to deliver bot features in the correct server and channel)
• Message content in monitored channels (for spam detection, moderation, and processing manifest update posts)
• Slash command usage (app ID requested, command name, timestamp)
• Moderation audit log metadata (action type, moderator ID, target user ID, reason) for server security logging

How bot data is used:

• Deliver manifest, update, and game info commands to authorized users
• Detect and remove spam, scams, and abusive messages in our Discord server
• Log moderation actions and enforce server safety limits
• Prevent abuse of reseller/manifest features

Off-platform storage: Some bot-related data is stored on our servers (for example command logs, cooldown records, and security audit entries). Message content is processed in real time for moderation and is not stored long-term except where needed for abuse investigation.

Opt-out: Users can leave the Discord server or stop using bot commands. Message content in public server channels may still be processed for moderation while the bot is active in that server.

Machine learning / AI: We do not use Discord message content or user data to train machine learning or AI models.

5. Premium Services

If you purchase premium features, additional information may be processed by payment providers. We do not store complete payment card information on our systems.

Payment processors maintain their own privacy policies.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell user information.

We may share information:

• When required by law
• To protect our rights or users
• With service providers necessary to operate the Services
• During a business transfer or acquisition

7. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to:
